Response Times

We aim to respond to all support inquiries within one business day. For urgent matters related to an active event or program currently in progress, please indicate URGENT in your email subject line and include your event name and dates so we can prioritize your request.

Business Hours

Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Central Time, Cancun). Messages received outside business hours will be addressed on the next business day. On-site support is available 24/7 during active programs.
